MIDAM Lab Asia Co., Ltd. ("MIDAM Lab Asia", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website midamlabasia.com and our contact channels, why we use it, and the rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

Our website has no user accounts and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. We only receive personal data when you contact us or take part in our events:

Contact form	Name, clinic / company, email address and your message. The form opens your own email app; the information reaches us as a normal email and is not stored on the website.
Email, phone and LINE Official	Your name, contact details, LINE display name and anything you choose to tell us.
Event registration (RSVP)	Name, clinic / company, position, phone, email or LINE ID, and any dietary or access needs you share.
Website visits	Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded automatically by our hosting and font providers (see section 5).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as health information). Please do not send it to us through our contact channels.

3. Why we use your data

• To answer your questions and requests about our products or partnership — legitimate interest / steps before entering into a contract.
• To manage event registrations and send you event details — legitimate interest or contract.
• To send you product news and event invitations — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep our website secure and working — legitimate interest.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations, including Thai FDA requirements — legal obligation.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and event data for as long as needed for the purpose above, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our email service, LINE Corporation (LINE Official Account), and Vercel Inc. (website hosting).
• Google LLC, which provides the fonts on our website and may receive your IP address when the page loads.
• Event venues and partners, only to the extent needed to run an event you registered for.
• Government authorities when required by law.

Some of these providers process data outside Thailand. When this happens, we rely on the safeguards allowed under the PDPA, such as the provider's data protection terms.

6. Cookies and local storage

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only saves your language choice (EN/TH) in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time.

7. Links to other sites

Our website links to LINE, Facebook and Instagram. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• access and get a copy of your personal data;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your data;
• ask us to restrict the use of your data;
• object to the use of your data, including for marketing;
• receive your data in a commonly used format or have it sent to another controller (data portability);
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect use before withdrawal);
• complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

9. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, and limit access to staff who need it for their work.

Our website and services are intended for adults and skincare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20 years of age without parental consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date.

เราเก็บข้อมูลการติดต่อและการลงทะเบียนกิจกรรมเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น และไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บนานกว่านั้น ข้อมูลเพื่อการตลาดจะเก็บไว้จนกว่าท่านจะถอนความยินยอม หลังจากนั้นข้อมูลจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่

• ผู้ให้บริการที่ช่วยดำเนินธุรกิจของเรา เช่น ผู้ให้บริการอีเมล LINE Corporation (LINE Official Account) และ Vercel Inc. (โฮสติ้งเว็บไซต์)

ผู้ให้บริการบางรายประมวลผลข้อมูลนอกประเทศไทย ในกรณีนี้เราจะใช้มาตรการคุ้มครองตามที่ PDPA กำหนด เช่น ข้อตกลงคุ้มครองข้อมูลของผู้ให้บริการ

6. คุกกี้และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์

เว็บไซต์ของเราไม่ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการติดตาม เราบันทึกเพียงภาษาที่ท่านเลือก (EN/TH) ไว้ใน local storage ของเบราว์เซอร์ เพื่อให้เว็บไซต์เปิดด้วยภาษาเดิมในครั้งถัดไป ท่านสามารถลบข้อมูลนี้ได้ในการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ทุกเมื่อ

7. ลิงก์ไปยังเว็บไซต์อื่น

เว็บไซต์ของเรามีลิงก์ไปยัง LINE, Facebook และ Instagram ซึ่งมีนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของตนเอง เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการจัดการข้อมูลของบริการเหล่านั้น

8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ตาม PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิ

• ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
• ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สมบูรณ์
• ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
• ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
• คัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูล รวมถึงเพื่อการตลาด
• ขอรับข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่ใช้งานทั่วไป หรือขอให้ส่งต่อไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น
• ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ (ไม่กระทบการใช้ข้อมูลก่อนการถอน)
• ร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)

9. การรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เราใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และจำกัดการเข้าถึงเฉพาะพนักงานที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลในการทำงาน

10. ผู้เยาว์

เว็บไซต์และบริการของเรามีไว้สำหรับผู้ใหญ่และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการดูแลผิว เราไม่มีเจตนาเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 20 ปีโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครอง

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับล่าสุดพร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้จะแสดงอยู่ในหน้านี้เสมอ
